When adopting, however, biological parents can change their minds and try to get their child back resulting in lengthy court battles, legal costs, and the emotional drain that takes toll on the adopting parents.
Finally, we know the joy of seeing an intended mother carrying her baby for 9 months. This is a much greater feeling than adopting a new born or toddler and not going through the whole pregnancy phase. A closer bond between mother and child occurs.
